We are very happy to serve our international
customers. However, due to international monetary restrictions and shipping
options, each order's cost must be quoted on a case by case comparison.
We charge only the actual shipping costs on international shipments.
However, depending on your country, you may have additional duties due on
receipt. At this time international orders are only shipped prepaid by
international money order, or other method of guaranteed payment. This may
vary by country. There are shipping costs that vary from about $35.00 USD to
$150 USD depending on speed and method. Most countries have a few days to a
week delivery for less than $50.00 USD. When you order, we will give you
these options and prices. Any fees for import are your responsibility. None
are added from The USA.
International orders now require a government issued form of ID. This
ID must show the same address as your delivery address, and your credit
card billing address if you are paying that way. Your information is
maintained in a private manner, and will not be disclosed to any other
company/person. But it IS required to verify your information is accurate.
This can be a scanned passport image. You can also fax it to 717-417-3344.
If you prefer, it can be mailed along with your order form, but this will
take slightly longer in processing.
We also have country specific power adapters, and will provide the
proper connections for your machine. Currently, the manual is only in
English, but we're working on it.

that we make every attempt to accommodate our international clients. We
are in the process of setting up dealers in many of the European countries
to speed the efficiency of delivery of the product. As we do this, we will
post them here. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars. Please email
